Professional Background: Bob has been working in the fitness industry for the past 8 years as a personal trainer and a manager of gyms and corporate fitness programs in Boston. He has coached numerous people to achieve their health and wellness goals from overall fitness, losing weight, gaining weight, and training for marathons. His overall goal is to spread knowledge and educate people on how to live a healthy lifestyle and to make it easy for them to sustain that for their future.
What do you love about being an Au Pair Instructor?
Bob believes that education and understanding oneself is the key to living a healthy lifestyle. By moving to a new country and a new lifestyle, he gets to help the au pair bring what is learned during the weekend and use that to better their future here in the US and at home.
Fun facts: Bob has studied abroad in Switzerland and has traveled throughout Europe. He has been to 9 countries so far and at times met up with past Au Pairs in their home countries to learn their culture and food. As an avid runner, has ran marathons and other races in some of these countries and has over 30 races run since 2015.
