Education: Bachelors of Science in Music Education, Minor in Theater from the College of St. Rose. Currently working towards his Masters of Science in Music Education at Buffalo State.
Professional Background/Experience: Dan currently teaches at the high school where he was once a student, teaching music and drama. At the New York School of Music, Dan studied trombone for 5 years and returned in 2016 as an instructor teaching all brass and woodwind students.
What you love most about being an au pair instructor? Dan believes that all sessions are applicable to the au pair in some way and with Dan’s courses, the au pair can bring activities and exercises shown in class back to the host children to assist in building creativity.
Fun facts: Dan enjoys reading works by J.R.R Tolkien, camping, and attending live concerts.
