Mike

Mike has spent most of his life working at Colleges.  Over 20 years ago he started the Silver Bay Au Pair Weekend Course to provide an option for au pairs who could only take courses on weekends.  The approach was to offer au pairs multiple choices of sessions each weekend which requires about 10-14 instructors each weekend.  Au pairs are not lectured at, but actively involved in the sessions.  About 1600 au pairs from 15 agencies attend the courses each year.  Mike is also actively involved In the community and fundraising for charitable groups.
