Education: Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The College of Saint Rose, Master of Science in Education in Educational Psychology from The College of Saint Rose, Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Technology Education from The College of Saint Rose.

Professional Background/Experience: Mike has been working as Director of Technology for over 23 years. Mike is the Director of an adventure-based first-year experience program focusing on team building, self-confidence and the high school to college transition. Mike has been an adjunct Educational Psychology Faculty. Mike was a New York State Licensed guide for several years.

What you love most about being an au pair instructor?
Mike loves it when an Au Pair has a moment of sudden insight or discovery.

Fun facts: Mike loves spending time in the woods. He has thru hiked several long distance trails including the Appalachian Trail, Long Trail, Wonderland Trail, West Coast Trail, Cohos Trail and Northville-Placid Trail. He has been an Adirondack Lean-to adaptor for years and has also hiked all 46 of the Adirondack high peaks. At home he enjoys teaching and creating stained glass panels.
